UNECE Regional Conference on ICPD+25 - Geneva, Palais des Nations, Salle XVIII (1-2 October 2018) - BADGES - ACCESS to the Salle
We have received the following information from UNECE:
Regarding your participation in the forthcoming UNECE Regional Conference on ICPD+25 which will be held from 1 to 2 October 2018, Salle XVIII, in the Palais des Nations, we would like to share with you the following information:
As several other large conferences will also start on Monday morning, there will be an important queue at the Pregny Gate. It is therefore strongly recommended to arrive at the Pregny Gate at the opening hour, ie. 8:00, or at least one and a half hour before the Conference begins in order to pass the security controls and to receive your badge.
Please note that after the security controls, by the elevators, a special desk will be dedicated to the ICPD Conference where badges will be available for registered participants. Participants are required to present a valid passport or a national identity card. Your badge is strictly for your own personal use.
In response to the General Assembly’s resolution A/RES/55/285, the PaperSmart Model was developed to promote the use of electronic media and provide participants with electronic access to meeting programmes, agendas, documents and statements.
No hard copy of documents will be available in the meeting room and no request for documents-on-demand processed. All documents related to the ICPD Conference are available, or will be available, on the Conference website at the address http://www.unece.org/pau/icpd25.html.
We kindly request our delegates to bring their own documents and papers.
